Science of Cooking - Iron Chef East meets West
How do you introduce and promote a popular cultural cuisine to the world? Students will explore culture through food tasting, prepping, and cooking. Different cooking techniques will be introduced. At the end, students will utilize what they learned to enter the competition stage.
Morning Extended Care: 8:00am - 9:30am
